In a stunning upset, a scruffy little Pekingese named Wild Thang has taken home the title of World’s Ugliest Dog. The competition, held annually in Petaluma, California, attracts a motley crew of canines who are judged solely on their unappealing appearance.
Wild Thang, who hails from Citrus Heights, California, beat out 19 other contenders for the title, which comes with a $1,500 prize. According to his owner, Ann Lewis, the pooch has a “typical
