Animal Rescuers Saved Another Annoying Baby Fox in Scotland

Animal rescuers in Scotland had to take a break from saving actual endangered species to rescue yet another annoying baby fox. The resident who discovered the fox in their bathtub thought it was cute, but we all know that doesn’t make it legal to keep a wild animal as a pet.

The rescue team managed to extract the little terror from the bathtub, but not before it had time to bathe in the human’s soapy water. Just what we need, more potentially toxic foxes running around.

Upon being removed from the bathroom, the baby fox apparently had no idea what to do next. The animal rescuers were forced to take the little guy into their custody, which most likely means they’ll be stuck taking care of him until he’s old enough to terrorize the local bird population.

This isn’t the first time Scottish animal rescuers have had to deal with this sort of nonsense. It seems like every other week someone is trying to keep a wild animal as a pet. Come on people, haven’t we learned yet that wild animals don’t make good domesticated companions?

One can only hope that this baby fox grows up and learns to stay away from humans, or at least develop some level of respect for their property. No one wants to wake up in the morning to find their bathroom trashed by a pesky little fox.

The rescue team is currently looking for a suitable wildlife sanctuary to transport the fox to, where it will hopefully learn to be a productive member of the animal society. Either that or it’ll become a pizza topping, who knows.

In all seriousness, it’s discouraging to see that people still haven’t learned their lesson when it comes to wild animals. They belong in their natural habitat, not in our bathrooms or backyards. It’s important for everyone to respect the boundaries between humans and animals, for the safety of both parties.

So, thank you to the animal rescuers in Scotland for once again saving the day from another annoying baby fox. Here’s to hoping it learns its lesson and never bothers us again.
