Of course, the fact that someone actually found and returned this cash is nothing short of a miracle. But hey, maybe we’re being too cynical. Maybe there really are still some honest, decent people in the world who are willing to do the right thing without asking for anything in return.
In any case, we’re just glad to hear that this woman’s story has a happy ending. And who knows? Maybe this whole incident will inspire others to be a little more considerate and thoughtful in their daily interactions with others. After all, if a random stranger can return $12,000 to someone, what’s stopping the rest of us from being a little more generous and kind to those around us?
