Ukrainian Strongman Sets New World Record for Dental Flossing
When it comes to physical feats, the human body never ceases to amaze us. From lifting weights to running marathons, our bodies are capable of incredible things. But one Ukrainian strongman took things to a whole new level by using his teeth to break not one, but TWO Guinness World Records for pulling cars.
Yes, you read that right. Oleksandr Oleshchuk, a 32-year-old strongman from the Lviv region of Ukraine, decided to put his pearly whites to the test by pulling two 1.5-tonne cars – at the same time. And he did it all with the sheer power of his jaw muscles.
According to reports, Oleshchuk started his training for this record-breaking feat by flossing every day with a tow rope. He then worked his way up to pulling lighter objects, such as bicycles and motorcycles, before finally attempting to pull the two cars.
“I knew that my teeth were strong, but I didn’t expect to break two world records in a row,” Oleshchuk said in a statement to the press. “It’s an incredible feeling to know that my teeth are capable of something so amazing.”
While many onlookers were impressed by Oleshchuk’s strength and determination, others were left scratching their heads. After all, what kind of person decides to use their teeth to do something that could easily be achieved with a car tow? What’s next? Using his nose to lift weights?
But Oleshchuk remains unfazed by the naysayers. He says that his dental feat is just the beginning of a long line of ambitious challenges that he plans to undertake in the world of strongman athletics.
“I’m already thinking about my next stunt,” he said. “Maybe I could use my ears to lift a piano?”
It’s hard not to admire the sheer tenacity of Oleshchuk. While some people spend their days lounging on the couch, this Ukrainian strongman has chosen to use his unconventional talents to inspire others.
We can only hope that he continues to push the limits of what the human body is capable of, one dental floss at a time. Because, let’s face it, who needs gym memberships and personal trainers when you’ve got a set of teeth like Oleshchuk’s?
