In a story that could only be described as “heart-warming” and “not at all frustrating”, officials in Pennsylvania have rescued a wayward elk after it became entangled in TV cables.
The wayward creature, who was likely just trying to catch up on the latest season of “Stranger Things”, was spotted by local residents thrashing about in the cables. Thankfully, the Pennsylvania Game Commission was quick to respond, and a team of specially trained professionals was dispatched to assist.
“It was a tricky situation, but we had the right team for the job,” said one official, who looked surprisingly chipper for someone who had just spent the past few hours untangling an elk from a bunch of cables.
