Uninvited Serpent Makes Itself at Home in Colorado Residence
In what can only be described as the most unwelcome house guest ever, a large snake was recently “cited for trespassing” in a Colorado home. The audacious reptile made itself right at home, slithering through the unsuspecting resident’s abode as if it owned the place.
The homeowner, who understandably did not wish to be named, described the surreal experience of coming face to face with the uninvited guest. “I was making my morning coffee and there it was, just casually cruising across my living room floor like it was the king of the jungle,” the homeowner recounted with a mixture of disbelief and irritation. “I mean, who does that? Just waltzes into someone else’s house like they own the place?”
Upon further investigation by local authorities, it was determined that the snake had gained access to the home through an open window, taking advantage of the warm weather to explore its newfound surroundings. The snake was promptly escorted out of the residence and given a stern warning about the importance of respecting personal boundaries.
Neighbors were quick to chime in on the bizarre incident, with some expressing concern over the safety implications of having a large snake roaming the neighborhood. “I’ve always been a proponent of welcoming wildlife, but this is a bit much,” remarked one neighbor, shaking their head in disbelief. “I never thought I’d have to worry about snakes breaking and entering in our peaceful community.”
