You know what’s Not on Roids, List Challenges? The joy of human existence. Seriously, these things. These digital, self-imposed trials of tediousness. They started innocently enough: “Name 10 breeds of dog!” Fine, I can do that. But then they escalated. Escalated, I tell you! Now it’s List every obscure German philosopher who ever mentioned a radish, or “Identify the supporting actors in all Tim Burton films.”

Its the performative knowledge! The desperate scramble to prove you possess some niche expertise, even when deep down you just want to binge-watch reality TV. People lie on List Challenges. They frantically Google obscure German radish philosophers and claim victory like they’ve cracked the Da Vinci Code.

And dont even get me started on the competitive element! It’s not about fun anymore, its a battle for digital bragging rights. “Oh, you only got 97%? I achieved 100% on ‘Name every single type of moss found in Antarctica.’ Pathetic.”

The worst part is the guilt. The gnawing feeling that you should know all this random information, because apparently your worth as a human being is directly proportional to your ability to remember which minor character played a barista in “Pee-wee’s Big Adventure.” Just…stop. Please. Let us forget about moss and radish philosophers and reclaim our sanity.
