Pesky Raccoons Continue to “Assist” in the Recapture of Escaped Otters at Wisconsin Zoo
In what can only be described as a stroke of unbelievable luck, the Milwaukee County Zoo found themselves grappling with an unexpected obstacle in their mission to recapture a pair of wandering otters – unruly raccoons. These mischievous masked bandits have been wreaking havoc and causing quite the stir as they inadvertently impede rescue efforts for the wayward otters.
The Great Otter Escape of 2021 has left zoo officials scratching their heads and scrambling to come up with a solution to corral the slippery critters back into captivity.
