**BREAKING: GOAT INVASION ROCKS MASSACHUSETTS FIRE STATION**

In a bizarre incident that has left residents of a small Massachusetts town scratching their heads, a quartet of unwelcome visitors wandered into the local fire station yesterday evening, causing a stir among the firefighters on duty.

According to eyewitnesses, three rambunctious goats and a canine companion were spotted roaming the streets near the station, seemingly without a care in the world. The marauding menagerie, which has been dubbed the “Great Escape Artists of Worcester County,” apparently had other plans, and made a beeline for the fire station.

“I was sipping my coffee and suddenly, there were goats everywhere,” said Firefighter John Smith, who was on duty at the time. “I mean, I’ve seen some weird things in my 10 years on the job, but this was something else. I was like, ‘Is this a prank or what?'”

The goats, estimated to be around 2-3 years old and sporting impressive horns, apparently had a taste for adventure and a knack for finding the station’s kitchen. Witnesses reported seeing one of the goats attempting to “help” with breakfast preparations, while another was spotted trying to “rescue” a fellow goat from a precarious perch on top of a fire truck.

The canine companion, identified as a fluffy white dog with a penchant for slobbering, seemed to be the self-appointed leader of the group. “It was like they had a plan,” said Firefighter Jane Doe. “The dog would bark, and the goats would move. It was like a well-oiled machine.”

Station personnel quickly sprang into action, corralling the wayward animals and providing them with a makeshift pen in the station’s parking lot. While the goats and their canine companion seem to be enjoying their unexpected stay, officials are still trying to track down the animals’ owners.

In the meantime, the fire department has taken to social media to poke fun at the situation, posting photos of the mischievous group with the caption: “We’ve got a new crew on the job… sort of.”

The incident has left many in the community in stitches, with some even calling for the goats to be made honorary firefighters. As one resident quipped, “Who needs a fire dog when you’ve got a team of agile goats and a slobbery sidekick?”
