**BREAKING: COYOTE CAPTURED… INSIDE A BUMPER!**
In a bizarre incident that has left wildlife experts howling with laughter, a sheriff’s deputy in Florida found himself face-to-face with a very unusual prisoner: a coyote stuck inside a car’s front bumper.
According to eyewitnesses, the wild canine was traveling at a moderate pace, minding its own business, when suddenly it was struck by a speeding vehicle. But instead of fleeing the scene or meeting its untimely demise, the coyote somehow managed to become wedged inside the car’s bumper.
“It was like it decided to take a joyride… involuntarily,” said Deputy James Johnson, who responded to the scene. “I’ve seen some weird things in my time, but this takes the cake. Or should I say, it takes the bumper?”
The coyote, estimated to be around 30 pounds of feisty fur and teeth, was reportedly “not happy” about its predicament. As deputies approached the vehicle, the coyote could be heard yelping and scratching from inside the bumper.
Rescue teams were called to the scene, and after a series of careful maneuvers, they managed to extract the coyote from its unusual prison. The coyote, whose name has not been released, was taken to a local wildlife rehabilitation center for treatment and a possible new career in therapy.
When asked if the coyote was shaken but not stirred, Deputy Johnson quipped, “More like shaken and thoroughly confused! I mean, who gets stuck in a bumper?”
The vehicle, a Toyota Corolla, sustained significant damage to its front end, but the driver was unharmed and reportedly “just a little shaken up.”
As for the coyote, it’s said to be receiving counseling for its apparent love of bumper surfing. When asked for comment, a wildlife expert simply shook his head and said, “Only in Florida…”
