**BREAKING: California Fitness Group Shatters Guinness World Record with MASSIVE Game of Red Light, Green Light**

In a jaw-dropping display of endurance, teamwork, and utter chaos, a fitness education group in California has set a new Guinness World Record for the largest game of Red Light, Green Light, gathering an astonishing 1,423 participants in a single, sprawling game.

The record-breaking event took place on a sun-drenched Saturday morning in Los Angeles, where a sea of enthusiastic players of all ages and fitness levels converged on a massive outdoor field. The objective was simple: one player, dubbed the “Stoplight,” would call out “Green light!” and the crowd would sprint towards them. At the cry of “Red light!” the players would freeze in place, awaiting the inevitable inevitable collisions and comical missteps.

As the game commenced, the field erupted into a frenzy of laughter and shouting, with players of all ages bounding across the grass like gazelles on Red Bull. The Stoplight, a towering figure in a bright orange jumpsuit, stood atop a raised platform, directing the chaos with a series of wild arm gestures and ear-piercing whistles.

Witnesses described the scene as “absolute pandemonium” as players careened into each other, stumbled, and face-planted into the grass. “It was like a giant game of dodgeball, but with more flailing and less dodging,” said onlooker, Jane Doe. “I saw a guy do a backflip and land in a nearby picnic blanket. I think he might’ve actually enjoyed it.”

The event’s organizers, clad in matching neon green t-shirts, were on hand to ensure the game remained relatively safe and mostly sane. “We had to assemble a team of highly trained professionals – okay, we just got a bunch of interns with stopwatches – to monitor the action and prevent any major injuries,” said event coordinator, Bob Smith. “Although, we did have to replace one player’s iPhone, which got trampled during the Great Stampede of 2023.”

As the game reached its climax, the crowd held its collective breath as the Stoplight bellowed “Red light!” for the final time. The players froze, arms outstretched, and the crowd erupted into cheers and applause as the Guinness World Records adjudicator on site verified the record.

When asked about the secret to their success, event organizer Sarah Johnson credited the group’s rigorous training regimen, which included “a lot of coffee, several hundred pounds of pizza, and a rousing chorus of ‘We Will Rock You’.”
