Michigan Woman Shocked to Discover She Won Lottery Prize
A Michigan woman was left speechless recently after discovering that she had won a whopping $25,000 a year for life from the Michigan Lottery. The woman, who asked to remain anonymous, said she initially thought her account had been hacked when she saw the notification of her winnings.
“I thought, ‘There’s no way I could have won this much money’,” the woman said. “I mean, I can’t even win a game of Bingo at the community center.”
After double-checking her account details, she realized that she had indeed hit the jackpot. The woman claimed that she had been playing the game for years and had never won more than $10. So, when she finally won big, she was in disbelief.
“It’s crazy to think that I’ll be receiving this amount of money every year for the rest of my life,” the woman said. “I mean, what am I supposed to do with all that money? Maybe travel the world or something?”
Despite her initial shock, the woman said that she is grateful for the winnings and plans to use the money to help her family and community. She also joked that she might splurge on a few new items for herself.
“I might finally buy that Corvette I’ve had my eye on,” she said with a laugh. “Or maybe a yacht. Who knows?”
The Michigan Lottery confirmed the woman’s winnings and said that they were excited to see another player win big. The lottery spokesperson encouraged others to keep playing and reminded players that they too could win big.
