Girl with Superhuman Sweater-Putting-On Skills Breaks Guinness World Record
In what can only be described as a monumental achievement, a young girl from Washington has shattered the Guinness World Record for the most sweaters worn at once. And to think, we thought nothing could top the guy who has the world record for the most hot dogs eaten in one sitting.
The 11-year-old girl, who has yet to be identified by name, reportedly waltzed into her local library on a chilly day and asked if she could try on a few sweaters. Little did the librarians know what they were getting themselves into.
According to witnesses, the girl was like a superhero in action as she seamlessly layered sweater upon sweater, showing no signs of slowing down. “It was both impressive and a little unsettling,” said librarian Karen Davis, who had never before seen someone so adept at putting on clothing.
The previous record stood at a measly 31 sweaters, held by some bloke in England. But the young girl from Washington didn’t just break the record, she smashed it to pieces by donning an incredible 45 sweaters.
“I couldn’t believe my eyes,” said Guinness World Records adjudicator, Marissa Masterson. “She was like a sweater-wearing machine. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
Of course, there are skeptics out there who are suggesting that maybe the girl had some sort of unfair advantage – like being a superhero in disguise, or perhaps having 12 arms. But those claims are unfounded and frankly insulting.
Clearly, this young girl just has some sort of superhuman sweater-putting-on skills that the rest of us can only dream of. And let’s be real – who needs other talents when you can put on 45 sweaters like it’s no big deal?
The news quickly spread around the world, with people both amazed and a little disturbed by the feat. Some have even suggested that this girl could use her sweater-wearing powers for good – like keeping homeless people warm during winter, or confusing burglars who break into her house.
Regardless, it’s clear that this young girl has made her mark on history with her incredible sweater-wearing abilities. We can only imagine what she’ll conquer next.
In the meantime, we’re going to go try on a few sweaters ourselves and feel bad that we can’t do it nearly as well as she can. Maybe we’ll start with one, and work our way up to two if we’re feeling daring. Hey, we all have to start somewhere.
