In what can only be described as a truly bizarre incident, a deer in Michigan went on a shopping spree at a local lingerie store and ended up crashing through the store window.

The deer apparently had a hankering for some silky undergarments and decided to take matters into its own hooves. Witnesses say they saw the deer sauntering up to the store window, eying the lacy items on display before suddenly lunging forward and crashing through the glass.

“It was like watching a bull in a china shop, only the bull was a deer and the china was bras and panties,” said one onlooker, who wished to remain anonymous.

The deer reportedly ran around the store for a few minutes, causing chaos and confusion among the staff and customers. Some shoppers were even seen trying to snap photos of the wildlife intruder on their smartphones.

Eventually, the deer made its way back out through the broken window and disappeared into the surrounding woods, leaving behind a trail of shattered glass and bewildered lingerie shoppers.

Store owner, Jane Smith, was shocked and saddened by the incident. “We’ve had some strange things happen at this store over the years, but this takes the cake,” she said. “To see our beautiful store reduced to rubble by a rogue deer is just heartbreaking.”

In the aftermath of the incident, Smith has called for increased security measures at the store to prevent any future animal-related mishaps. “We’re looking into installing some kind of reinforced glass or steel shutters to prevent this from happening again,” she said.

The Michigan State Police and Department of Natural Resources have also been called in to investigate the incident and ensure that the deer was not injured in the process.

Environmentalists are quick to point out that incidents like this are becoming more common as human expansion threatens the natural habitats of wild animals. “This deer was probably just looking for a place to call home,” said John Doe, a local wildlife expert.

Despite the seriousness of the issue, some locals couldn’t help but see the humor in the situation. “I guess it just goes to show you that even animals appreciate a good pair of panties,” joked one shopper.

For now, the store will have to keep its doors closed while it undergoes repairs, but Smith says she’s determined to bounce back from the incident. “We’ll be back and better than ever before you know it,” she said. “And hopefully, without any more deer crashes to deal with.”
