Stockholm, Sweden – In an absolutely shocking and tragic incident, a moose wreaked havoc in the busy southern part of Stockholm’s subway line. It caused significant disturbances forcing the subway service to come to a halt. And it didn’t end there; the innocent animal had to face the ultimate consequence of being shot dead by a wildlife ranger.
The metro users who were eagerly waiting to board the subway were taken by surprise when they saw the massive moose walking down the tracks. While some commuters were beyond happy to see the furry animal, a few distraught passengers panicked and ran in different directions. For that reason, the train service for the southern part of the line was suspended.
The authorities immediately called for a wildlife ranger to capture the moose before it caused further disruption. How reckless of them to shoot the poor animal, right? After all, this is Sweden, the country that claims to have a strong ethical and moral backbone in the treatment of animals. But It seemed like such considerations ended up taking a back seat in this incident.
The sadistic ranger arrived at the scene to ‘save the day’, complete with his weapons and tools. And without wasting any time, he pulled the trigger. He shot the innocent animal right there in front of everyone, leaving onlookers in shock. If only the ranger could have shown some restraint
