Hope, Arkansas – In an utterly unexpected turn of events, a 7-year-old child has managed to unearth a dazzling 2.95-carat diamond at the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro, Arkansas. According to park officials, the diamond, which has been certified as a deep brown color, is the largest ever found by a visitor in the park’s history.

While most people visit the Crater of Diamonds State Park in the hopes of striking it rich, the park remains a notorious source of disappointment for those who are not lucky enough to find a diamond. According to the park’s official website, visitors to the park have a one in a thousand chance of discovering a diamond, and even then, most are “quite small”.

However, young Miranda Hollingsworth, dressed in her pink tutu and Princess Crown, seems to have luck on her side. Ms. Hollingsworth found the diamond just 10 minutes after arriving at the park with her family. “I was like, is this really a diamond. Oh, my goodness”, Miranda exclaimed in a news release issued by the park.

The park has long been known for its diamond finds as it is the only diamond mine in the world that allows the public to keep whatever gems they uncover. Despite this allowance, the state park officials noted in the statement that very few visitors actually stumble upon diamonds.

The starry-eyed Miranda submitted her precious find to park officials who classified it as a “deep brown”. The park reported that the Hollingsworths plan to keep the gem, which they have named the “Miranda Diamond”.

Of course, the discovery has already sparked quite a buzz, and many are flocking to the Crater of Diamonds State Park, hoping to strike it rich like the young Miranda did. “I’ll be heading there myself this weekend,” stated Jake, a local always on the lookout for any ‘get-rich-quick’ scheme. “Who knows, maybe I can find something too! I have never stayed at a luxurious six-star hotel on a whim before,” he continued.

Visitors to the Crater of Diamonds State Park are advised to be careful not to create any disturbance in the area. The park boundary has been marked, and no one is allowed to breach the boundary. Any visitor caught tampering with the diamonds will be quickly subject to arrest.

The park officials have congratulated Miranda and her family on this incredible achievement and stated that they are proud that the “Miranda Diamond” will always be in their family. The state park is open to visitors throughout the year and tickets can be purchased at the gate.

Well, who knew that winning the jackpot was possible? Miranda Hollingsworth, the trailblazer for young treasures hunters worldwide, certainly proved us wrong. Her achievement is a testimony that even seven-year-olds have the Midas touch. So pack your gear, strap up and embark on this enthralling journey to Arkansas’ Crater of Diamonds. Maybe..just maybe – Lady Luck might bestow her gift upon you, too!
